About Leila Hyams:
Leila Hyams grew up on the stage under the guidance of her thespian parents. She modeled before making her film debut in the lost silent, Sandra (1924).
Leila married agent Phil Berg in 1927 and enjoyed a blossoming career in the first half of the 1930s, choosing to retire in favor of domestic life after filming Yellow Dust (1936).
